Daniel Westhoff
I am an attorney in the Denver metro area and I practice primarily Bankruptcy and Family Law, although I am competent to help my clients in many different areas. I am also a husband and father of four small children. In my spare time I enjoy playing with and discovering new technology as well as spending time with my family and serving in my church. I believe in working hard but also in making time for what really matters.
Areas of interest:
My wife
I was married in 2001 to my best friend. Together we have both graduated with our bachelor’s degrees, mine in Spanish with a minor in Portuguese and my wife’s in Psychology, and have gone to law school. I usually say that we went to law school because I never could have done it without her.
My kids
The cause of both my greatest joy and my greatest stress, I have four wonderful kids that I love with all my heart. Each day they teach me so much, mostly about my faults as a person. I only hope that we can help each other be good people.
My church
I am active in my church and strongly believe in a higher power. That being said, I believe that everyone has the right to worship the way they want, within certain reasonable bounds. I will also say that I am more of a spirit of the law guy.
My profession
The best part about being a lawyer is getting to spend the whole day at work talking to people and not getting in trouble for it. A close second is the feeling I get when I am able to resolve my clients’ problems.
My technology
When not working, or spending time with my family, I enjoy spending time with my new mac book pro. I also enjoy listening to mac break weekly on my iphone 4. I have also been known to facebook at lunch and tweet before client meetings, but never during.
